We set up your Dobbie and connect it to your own number in 2 days. It links like WhatsApp Web. Your messages keep coming in as normal.

Dobbie answers when you can't

Greets customers in seconds, asks the right questions, takes name, job and urgency like a proper receptionist.

The lead lands on your phone

It logs the lead and sends you a summary. Every word is in your dashboard. Reply to a customer yourself, and Dobbie steps back in that chat.

A receptionist that oversteps is worse than none. Dobbie is boxed in on purpose.

It takes the message. You make the call. It takes the details and hands the job to you. Anything that needs your say stays with you.
You see every chat, live. Step in whenever you like: the second you reply, it goes quiet and lets you take over.
One-to-one chats only. Dobbie answers one-to-one chats on the number it runs on. Group chats are left alone. If a mate messages, reply yourself and Dobbie steps back in that chat. Want personal chats kept clear? Run Dobbie on a separate business number.

03Your number, your control

It never takes over. You stay in charge.

The worry with anything touching your business number is that you lose control of it. You don't.

Same number, same app, same chats. It connects the way WhatsApp Web does. You keep everything, nothing moves.
Off in two taps, any second. Disconnect it in Settings whenever you want. Your phone is always the one in charge.
Your customers' messages stay yours. Chats live in your WhatsApp. We never sell them or mine them, and anything kept is held only as long as it's needed, then deleted.

Your number, or a fresh one — your call. Most people run Dobbie on the WhatsApp they already use. Because that connects through a linked device rather than through Meta directly, there's a small chance WhatsApp could object to automated replies on a personal line, so if your main number is too precious to risk, we set you up a dedicated number in Meta instead, with none of that risk.
