Keep your number, your app, everything

Works like WhatsApp Web: scan a QR code and you're connected. Your phone stays in charge, and you can unplug it in Settings any second.

Dobbie answers when you can't

Greets customers in seconds, asks the right questions, takes name, job and urgency like a proper receptionist. It never quotes prices or promises times: that stays your call.

The docket lands on your phone

A clean summary, ready to act on. Reply yourself any time: the moment you type, Dobbie steps aside and stays quiet.

A receptionist that oversteps is worse than none. Dobbie is boxed in on purpose.

Never talks money or times. Prices and promises are blocked automatically, even if the customer pushes twice.
You see every chat, live. Step in whenever you like: the second you reply, it goes quiet and lets you take over.
New enquiries only. Your mates, your regulars, your group chats: it leaves them alone. Strangers with jobs get answered.

03Your number, your control

It never takes over. You stay in charge.

The worry with anything touching your business number is that you lose control of it. You don't.

Same number, same app, same chats. It connects the way WhatsApp Web does. You keep everything, nothing moves.
Off in two taps, any second. Disconnect it in Settings whenever you want. Your phone is always the one in charge.
Your customers' messages stay yours. Chats live in your WhatsApp. We never sell them or mine them, and anything kept is held only as long as it's needed, then deleted.

Your number, or a fresh one — your call. Most people run Dobbie on the WhatsApp they already use. Because that connects through a linked device rather than through Meta directly, there's a small chance WhatsApp could object to automated replies on a personal line, so if your main number is too precious to risk, we set you up a dedicated number in Meta instead, with none of that risk.
